Casa Jus is a blend of 50% Riesling, 25% Pinot Blanc, 25% Chardonnay. The Riesling & Chardonnay were both directly pressed into neutral French oak barrels, while the Pinot Blanc spent 15 days on its skins before being pressed. The wines were blended together to create a crisp yet textured white wine with bright acidity and tropical notes.

Since before we launched, Simon Miller have been great supporters of Jumbo Time, featuring our wines at their 2021 Simon Miller World release. We both take a fun & playful approach to our spaces, while making thoughtful products. We felt that they were a perfect LA based brand to partner with!
