Friends & Family

We came together with Alimentari Flaneur to produce Friends & Family, 100% Pinot Noir that was made to be enjoyed around the table for an evening of simple indulgences.

For this wine, we sourced organic Pinot Noir from Hawkeye Ranch. Once in the winery, we de-stemmed the grapes and let them cold soak for three days. From there, they spent two weeks fermenting on skins and pressed into neutral oak to finish fermentation.

The wine is simple yet elegant - notes of dried roses & black cherries with a nice bit of freshness.
