The Open is 100% Pinot Blanc from Dennison Vineyard in Mendocino. This vintage we decided to play around and make a skin-contact Pinot Blanc, resulting in a textured white wine with body & great acidity!

A a zippy wine, somewhat ripe but definitely not flabby, that puts this special Alsatian grape on center stage.

There’s some structure, and although fresh, it’s definitely got some weight—drink it with a roasted Spring chicken, new potatoes and as many herbs as possible!
