Pinot Party

This wine is aptly named Pinot Party because it features all the colors of the Pinot rainbow: Blanc, Gris and Noir. We macerated each grape separately for about two weeks, then aged them for about six months before blending.

Even though this is mostly Pinot Blanc, it’s a more structured wine with some weight to it! That rosey quality we love in California Pinot Noir is present on the nose, with hints of hibiscus tea and a tart strawberry smoothie. Pull it from the fridge and let it warm up on your table alongside a bounty of produce from the farmer’s market or a plate of spice-rubbed ribs.

40% Pinot Blanc, 38% Pinot Noir, 22% Pinot Gris

12% ABV, 20 ppm SO2 added at bottling
