A bright citrus bouquet opening up to the gushing green plum, lemon zest, and green apple gourmet of glou glou waiting your glass.

100% organic Chardonnay from Hawkeye Ranch picked early, to achieve higher acidity and lower alcohol levels. Grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in a stainless steel tank. Bottled before the completion of fermentation to produce carbonation naturally in the bottle.
